B&W Returns Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order from Bells & Whiskers™ for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method where the item is deemed by us to be faulty, Bells & Whiskers™ will offer a returns label in the case of faulty goods. If you have simply changed your mind, you may return an unused, unworn & unopened product, at your own cost, within 30 days, for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding postage, within 7 days of safe & undamaged receipt of the product by Bells & Whiskers™.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Due to the nature of bespoke ordered handcrafted items, we cannot accept returns on these products
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send an email to sales@bellsandwhiskers.co.uk stating your purchase order number, name & the item(s) purchased or complete the form below
- Advise in the same email or form message, the products you wish to return or exchange from your order and the reason(s) why
- Send all items back to us using your own method of postage but we do recommend using a tracked service
Additional Information:
- All refunds, where agreed, will be processed within 7 days of receipt of a returned product due to an agreed fault
- Customers choosing to return an unused & unopened item will need to pay for return postage. We recommend a signed service as refunds will only be issued upon receipt.
- Bespoke crafted items cannot normally be returned for a refund
- Lost or damaged returns will be dealt with case by case, please ensure any returns receipts are retained for reference
