Our shipping policy & current* UK postage pricing

Once your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email from Bells & Whiskers®, please do check your spam folder if you don’t see this right away. Thank You.
At Bells & Whiskers®, due to demand we’re currently aiming to ensure all orders are processed and crafted within 4 to 6 business days for all our handmade products & 6 to 8 business days for bespoke requests received relating to made to measure gifts (both excluding weekends and holidays* – see above) after receiving payment for your order. As the majority of our product range is handcrafted to order, there may be additional time required to complete production. For example, large orders or additionally requested features, and we will communicate any additional time required before proceeding with your order if this is the case. If you have any questions about our delivery policy or around the time it may take to create & dispatch your order, please feel free to contact us at sales@bellsandwhiskers.co.uk before proceeding through to checkout.
If you wish to purchase an expedited postal option, please send an email with your requirements to sales@bellsandwhiskers.co.uk and we will aim to reply the same day (business day) or within 24 hours if it is a weekend or bank holiday with availability & a cost for the requested option.
Domestic Postal Rates and Estimates, including the cost of Packaging
Postage & Packaging charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some of our products, from time to time will offer an option to ship with free UK delivery. Also, from time to time, some of our products may attract or offer additional postal cost options which will be displayed prior to checkout. If you have any questions about our postage options prior to or subsequent to purchase, then please do not hesitate to get in touch via sales@bellsandwhiskers.co.uk. If you would like to collect from our workshop in Newark, this can also be arranged via the same email address. Please note, purchase & collection of our products directly from our workshop will only be possible with prior arrangement & availability due to our reception hours.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a reference number which you can retain should you need to check its status with us. Please allow up to 48 hours from order completion notification for the dispatch notification information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@bellsandwhiskers.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will respond within 24 hours or sooner.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Due to the carriers we use, at this time we are unable to process orders that have been requested as a dispatch to P.O. Boxes. These orders will be refunded.

Here’s the important bits…
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original, unworn condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return if applicable (e.g. if we have issued a returns label).
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@bellsandwhiskers.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution within 24 hours of receipt.
